Catesbro, Just a follow up to say I was able to find a "toll free" number for Korg customer service at (1-800-872-KORG)and they were very helpful! I ordered my 03R/W manual by phone... (although they are on back-order for a few weeks!) Wishing you continued luck with your search! Gary Thomas
