As recently as this year I visited Guitar Centers in Memphis and Tulsa and they had no high-end arrangers.
I did price the Bose PA (one L1 and one sub) in Memphis and later bought it at Musicians' Friend, and they matched the price. Which was $1699 with free shipping, no tax and 1-year no interest financing.
Which reminds me, I have until Oct. 1 to pay it off!!
