You're right...it's the talent That matters. Plus, talented people are the least threatened, so they're the nicest people. It's worth it to go see Victor. He sits at the end of the stage after each concert and talks to anyone who wants a little of his time. Ray Brown was the same way.

I recently saw Charlie Hunter do a 5 minute solo as an encore on a tamborine!
