Sorry about your problems, and I feel your pain.

I've had my Tyros since January and I've done about 56 jobs with it this year. The only problem I had was the Direct Access key never worked. Two weeks at my local music shop, and she was good as new.

The only other thing that bugs me as far as workmanship is the LCD display rattles quite a bit with the speakers installed.

Other than that, she's a beaut!!
