I am NEITHER a vendor or seller of any goods or services to Yamaha USA. I spoke with my tax accountant, and he assured me that this is 'not' income at all, but merely a reimbursement (receipt provided), and most definitely NOT subject to income tax whatsoever . . . period!

Steve Deming called me on the telephone yesterday to inform me that he spoke with Michael L. Dantziger, Yamaha Director of Corporate Taxes, and he has assured me that Yamaha will no longer be sending me those erroneous W-9 form request letters.
