Scott, I follow your choice and I bought a Korg D1600mkII. But I'm sure I'm not so far as you with the manner to use that beast

JJ, the actual Korg recorder model I ended up going with was the D1600mkII's little brother, the D1200mkII because I needed the much smaller footprint and lightweight portability. Your D1600mkII has the advantage of 4 additional tracks. As far as the manner I use the recorder, I'm definitely a rank amateur beginner but looking forward to learning what it has to offer. I assume you already know about the terrific Korg Studios Forum dedicated to the D1600mkII as well as other Korg DAWs. If not, check it out here: http://www.korgstudios.com

If you want , Scott, I'll send you a mail for more details over this TC Helicon

That would be terrific. Please send. I just purchased the TC-Helicon 'Voiceworks' vocal processor so am anxious to find out exactly what I need to do on both the Tyros & Voiceworks tp configure it to work, with the Tyros triggering the chordal harmonies on the Voiceworks Vocal Processor unit via midi.

JJ, Impressive. Wow, I didn't realize the PA1xpro includes digital outputs for both your voice as well as the internal sounds on your KB as well. Can you possibly provide more details on this? Thanks. - Scott
