I have since tried email twice more, addressing the emails to and putting "to Tony Barbetta" in the subject line. I asked for a reply please - even if the answer is that they do not have a UK or European distributor. But no reply, which I think is rather rude.

If anyone from Barbetta is reading this, I am disappointed.
