If you use the line out from the PSR-3000 (RCA plugs) and the same output from the PA-50, and fire them through the LINE IN on the mixer, then connect the Z-5500 to the mixer's standard output you should have no problems at all and the noise level should be minimal. I tried this using a pair of 3000s fed through my Alesis Multimix 6FX and it worked just fine. I believe the Behringers are very similar.
