It's a CZ-5000, you can just make out the sequencer controls on the far right of the panel...the CZ-3000 didn't have the sequencer.

I eventually got a CZ-1 which had velocity and aftertouch...great synth.

This guy is really into it...great imagination and some cool licks.

Nothing like those physical controls on an analog synth...just as cool(and important) as playing the keys.
