I say you go for the XP-60 for many resons...
first of all you have the ability to add any 4 expantions board from the 19 expantions boards Roland have.secound thing is you have a very powerful composer that will make your music very perfect,the one on the N364 is not that strong and have very small memory.the korg N364 have only the RPPR thing which is good.

I say go for the xp60 if you need A synth that have A powerful functions .as you read I didn't compare the sounds because every one of us have his own view on the sounds and ofcourse your view will be diffrenet than any one else so I say you go and play them both and test the sounds and then choose.
