I'm not sure of this answer, but I recall other PSR9000 owners talking about having to reload the custom, or user voices, EVERYTIME they turned the keyboard back on. They do not stay in memory. I think there may be some easy and/or fast way to do this. I'm pretty sure the 9000pro operates in the same manner. Hopefully, someone who knows for sure will fill you in.
