hmmm..here's all I take:

-kn2600 carried under my arm, w/ dust cover, no case =25.5 lbs.incl internal speakers (which serve as my monitors, I plug my vocal mic into kb input)

-JBL Eon10 w/ a little Behringer mixer and reverb unit sitting on top of eon, powerstrip, patchcord and mic cord already attached, bungeed to a light plastic luggage roller, never take it apart...just lift it all onto speaker stand.
total weight=38 lbs.

x-stand and telescopic lightweight speaker stand, plus short mic boom that attaches to any x-stand (great little space-saver)

-bag w/mics, extension cords, extra cables, cd's, tip jar, pedals, folding flute stand for sopranino sax.

-little Eb sopranino sax

-the biggest, heaviest, and best-sounding piece of equipment I own: me
