While the Gator cases are well constructed, they're heavy as hell. The 61 key case that has moderate reinforcement tips the scales at nearly 22 pounds. My suggestion would be to purchase a high-quality, slightly oversided, soft case, line it with Ethefoam, then pad the top with 1-inch of soft foam. The Ethefoam liner will only about a pound or two to the weight, it's very strong, the keyboard will be well protected and you will not get a hernia picking up the rig.
