There were 2 factory program tapes (A & B) that are only slightly different from each other. If you absolutely have to have the tapes/card (rather than a MIDI sysex file) email me at SpazTech@aol.com.
That being said, I suggest you go MIDI. I have a $9 librarian available for the Mac:

If you have a fairly decent sequencer all you need is a raw sys-ex file and $0.
