I think krix is a pianist, so he would be better off with weighted/semi weighted keys, where i would say that semiweighted or weighted keys give much better feel to handle the aftertouch as well.
This is very personal ofcourse and should be tested by himselve in a local store, just to "feel" the difference.

The only disadvantage of weighted against nonweighted in my opinion;
no hammond glissandro's unless you like to damage your fingers....
