Understood. I am glad you asked ... there are others who might 'think' such questions but never ask and it only leds one to asume.
The Ketron Tech Support address is "Tech@ketronusa.com". Based on the current agreement with the US distributors (CMC/Ketron USA), I only work for them on Mondays and Tuesdays with regards to Product Support and Repairs (10am - 7pm EST) within which I do respond to the emails sent to the above address. If you feel more time is needed, then I believe it's customers like you that will have to contact CMC directly (1-800-554-5982) and present such a request.
Forum emails I do when I get a chance to pop in. Place my name in the subject of the forum/thread and I will get to it before browsing through others ... if the time permits.
