I am not sure if you mean, like I did in my rendition of "Little Boat" aka Barquito.
If is that, then, yes, I do, but not during my whole performance, I do use the styles at least 95% more or less, a few midi files I created and play over the melody or more.
Or, you could also have made your own styles (background)from sctratch and then perform with them too.
