The MO8 has 175 MB of wave rom. The screen is smaller and the polyphony is 64 and not 128 to be so cost effective. It blows me away that Yamaha could do this and we can sell it for $1595.00. I wouldn't be disappointed that the Mo8 does not have articulated voices at the price it is selling for. It is a great studio piece and a great live keyboard for use in a band.
