Hello Scott
Virtually all of the links are blocked by my AntiSpyware /Anti Virus program, which mean they are not legitimate sites, and so I am afraid there is not much you can do as you will find the sites are outside US Jurisdiction.
Make sure you have the latest AntiSpyware/Anti Virus installed and run a full check on your system, as it is possible that your computer has been infected.
Have at least Windows Defender, Ad Aware and Spybot Search and Destroy AntiSpyware programs installed, and run them regularly. (Windows Defender is Pro Active so there is no need to manually run it)
