Yes, I use a standard Pc with special software called a screen reader that runs on top of the OS and reads whatever is displayed on the screen. It's a lot more complicated than that, but in a nut shell, that's what it is. It uses a software based text to speech engine that can be adjusted to speak in different voices, with adjustable rates of speech. Accessing anything on a Pc for the most part is no problem at all. Now, if only keyboards had the same kind of access, it would be a beautiful thing. Wishful thinking.
