i'm trying to understand what is best for me upgrading....

The features i need are:
a) 16 tracks sequencer fully editable and VERY simple to use
b) a "note processor" (or "note arranger" if you like) tool (i.e. once i press a note, using this tool I can repeat infinitely the note pressed, editing tempo of repeating too)

That kind of "note processor" tool is a necessity 'cause i compose dance music, so my recording work would be fastest & easier (especially loopin drum tracks).

I'd spend about 1.000-1.1000 Euros max.
