There may be some confusion between the 61-note PSR9000 and the 76-note 9000 Pro. They are really two different animals. Aside from the 9000 Pro not having internal speakers, it also has expansion slots for the PLG-series cards that the PSR9000 does not (neither does the PSR3000 for that matter). The PSR9000 was far more suited to home use and the 9000 Pro was more suited to stage use.
Interestingly, a new PSR3000 sells for about the same as a used 9000 Pro currently... but they are not alike. Most casual users will prefer the PSR3000 I think.
