If your looking to increase the volatile ram from the standard 8mb you need to open the keyboard. remove the hard disk and directly underneath you will see 2 x sets of simms chips 30 pin going horizontal. These can be removed and replaced with up to 32mb if you can get hold of them as they are less common (72pin seems to be all thats available).

The keyboard will recognise the chips when installed.
