Hmmm?? Maybe that is the percussion? Percussion is the only voice on an organ that has an attack. On a hammond organ there is a 2nd & 3rd harmonic switch. With percussion on, the organ voice clunks, with a rapid delay and the legato organ voice is left sounding (that's the only way I have of describing it).
