I was born and raised with a piano in my house and trust me...if i were born with a keyboard in my house I don't think i would feel the music the same way as i feel it now at this age... A real piano has this magic...thing. I used to open the thing above the piano from time to time and i loved watching those piano hammers hitting the cords....there is the real deal...natural sound, not a bit of electronic technology...so don't tell me that you guys can compare that thing with a real wood piano sound and feeling...
I completely agree with you. Despite the number of award ProdiKeys has earned, I wouldn't buy it for my child (if I had one). Surely it has much more use the way svpworld describes.

George
PS Prodikeys would sound like a $100K piano if you had a $1000 computer.
