Hi,
Could be a freeze-up in the CPU and you might have to reset your keyboard.
(1)
* Press SAVE/ENTER (while in your standard screen).
* Press F7 (RESET) to reset the keyboard (REGISTRATIONS, USER VOICES etc).
Now run the keyboard as usual and see if the error still occures.

(2) When the keyboard is on and on the standard display, press
* F1 and F10 simultaneously for 1 second
* X1 will run a self-test on all components. Make sure your FLASH test checks out OK. If not contact me (axa130@hotmail.com) and let me know what you see.
* To ensure error proff, manually run test again by pressing F9 (REPEAT), F10 (CONT), F1(FLASH). Let me know what the results are.
