But I notice you CAN change somethings while its playing from the hard disk. Can you save any of these? Usually I'm just changing an instrument or two, or more commonly, turnin up the reverb. (The reverb seems about 1/3 as strong as the levels I transfer from the Korg.)

You have to start the song and than make changes as the file is playing .
Once you have the settings you like , press the red start/stop button , press save enter and you can rename the song or save it in the original title .

Also, when I mute a track that for example is the lead track, why is it that the next song I load also continues to have that track muted?

Nature of the beast . There are dedicated buttons to eliminate the lead . Press F8 (it says lead in blue letters) .

This would be a real pain in the ass if I had to go in every single time I loaded a song and "unmute" individual tracks.

It's not that bad . You only changing the lead . Find it , mute it + save it . 20 seconds

I'm also confused if you can load more than one song at a time?

Read your manual about JUKEBOX mode . Also the demo + hit folder allow you to store 999 songs for back to back playback .

You can also create song chains

Sorry, one more question (One always leads to more :-))

When you start a song, and you either let it play to the end, or press start again, (effectively stopping it), why does it vanish out of memory? Is there a way to make it stay so you could keep pressing start and having the song play over? It seems stupid to load it each individual time. [/B][/QUOTE]

Remember , YOU ARE NOT LOADING ANYTHING !
Once a song is COPIED onto the hard drive ........NO MORE LOADING .
