There is no simple "Fill" function assignable to FC7, but its switches can be assigned as a replica of the four "Variation" switches on the panel.
Provided that your keyboard setup (User Program) has "Auto Fill In" on, if you press the Variation switch corresponding to your current one, the arranger will play the fill and then remain in the current variation; if you press a different Variaton switch, the fill will take you to the chosen variation.
