Of course, this mode needs some practise to manage - and you have to learn to play like a bass player. If you have done that earlier with a pedal board by foot, it'S easy.

There is a book available here in Germany, written by one of the creators of the AI Fingered Mode. It's called 'Styles and Patterns'. There are a lot of examples with detailled description which keys have to be pressed when to get the walking bass. If you are through that book, you ARE able to deal with that mode in realtime.
