Is the Canon IX3000 in your price range? The absolute photo quality isn't as good as the Epsons but in all other respects it is a lot of capability for your money (two paper bins, duplex, print direct to CD) and with separate ink reseviours it is economical as well. If my current HP 5552 goes wrong then this is top of my list as a replacement.
