I posted this question here because others may be interested in the answer. I've played around with a Yamaha PSR-K1 and I was wondering if you can tell me if the K1's Performance Assistant feature will work from a live MIDI input? In other words (and this is why I'm asking), can I be playing something on my keyboard and via MIDI allow a non-musician to "jam" on the K1 in the proper key? There's no documentation that'll answer this that I can find and I'll bet the only way to know is to try it. Thanks for your help.
