Bill are you copying and pasting directly from the C drive to the USB or are you using the USB direct to PC(laptop) cable to transfer? That could have something to do with it. By default MPP in Windows XP creates a directory that looks something like this
C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USER ID IN WIN XP\My Documents\My Sheet Music\
Not sure whether you changed the path and name ? That may have an effect on your problem it's possible it's not seeing the
correct path.
My suggestion is to go over to
Freehand postthe question there or call Freehand. I had some minor issues in the past and contacted Kevin their tech support guy. If he's not in the office leave a message and he will call you back with an answer.
