The Roland KC300 is not mine, I borrowed it.
I am willing to spend around 500,--.

Right now I run it through a home stereo, but the amp clips all the time, even at low volumes.

And indeed, I agree, stereo is a "must".

Anybody tried the EON10P or EON15P ?
What about the Samson EX20?

Another option would be a powered mixer and passive speakers. (Since I will need some kind of mixer anyhow)

I am trying to avoid a separate mixer, amp and speakers.
