Hi,
I just spoke with Long & McQuade (they have branches in all the major cities across Canada) here in Edmonton and I was told that it'll be some time before the T2 is released here. Apparently, Yamaha Canada were well behind other countries with the release of the T1 and other high-end boards, preferring to wait until everything is sorted out with operating systems, bugs, etc. That said, everyone on the zone with a T2 seems to be quite happy with it and aren't reporting much in the way of bugs and whatnot, so the guy might have been giving me a bit of a tale. As was suggested previously I think, your best bet is to keep an eye on Yamaha Canada's website (the T2 isn't on there yet).
Anyway, I don't know where you are in Canada, but if you're within spittin' distance of the U.S. border, it'll obviously be your best bet to look around down there. Yep, you'll get jacked with the customs duty and stuff, I guess, but you'll at least get your hands on your T2.
Good luck.
