The Tyros is an excellent Arranger for Live play. The Key feel and action is a lot better imo than either the PSR 1100 or 2100.

You can install an internal Hard Drive and store all your songs, third party Styles, etc. The Tyros does not load .wav, aiff, or akai samples. The internal user memory is 3.3 mb's. The voices (sounds) excel both the PSR 1100 or PSR 2100 and most likely the new PSR 3000 coming out in mid July. But of course your paying extra for those privileges and better sounds. If you can wait awhile for the PSR 3000 to come out you may find that it suits your needs every bit as well as a Tyros would. If you can't necessarily wait, the Tyros will be more than adequate as a high end Arranger that is great for Live! play IMO
