The manual was not included with it when I acquired it. I deal with Musiciansfriend.com the company, and they sell me direct many items that are new that have small manufacturing defects with them. This keyboard is a new keyboard that was found to have the 2 manufacturing defects as noted. Prior to me acquiring it they threw away all factory box's and manuals. Only items included with it is the AC adapter. I would assume the factory warranty does not transfer past me, as I am not an authorized dealer. The controller wheels will not be fixed before shipping, as it would take weeks to have it shipped off to Yamaha for service. I hope this answers your questions. I guess that answers my questions. If it's an easy fix, someone will get a good deal. Me, I'm not buying anything that questionable. Anyone got a 3K for sale?
