I have have the download for the new operating system somewhere. Its a pretty big file if I remember but will be glad to email it to you. What version of the Software do you have now? You will have to burn the upgrade onto a CD in a image format. It's a little tricky and you will probably need a program like Nero do it.

How old is your Genesys, I'm curious why the crashing mine has been as stable as a rock both before & after upgrading.

The Gem Club does have a fee I think it is around $70 yearly and they do have all the upgrades and a bunch of files for downloading.
