I am STILL looking for a jazz ballad style using brushes on drums, bass playing simple 1-3 with a variation to 'double time' for instrumental solos, with the drums changing to sticks, bass to straight 4 and perhaps some bongo/conga rhythms in the background. I've done some stuff using panel memories (with the tempo 2x as fast), but it's still not quite what I'm looking for, and I'm not good at creating my own. Any help?
