As I said, I'm very new to the "audio setup" world so I'm going to try and get everything set up with my particular situation. I'll plug the EXR3 and microphone into my Behringer UB1002 and then the output from the UB1002 will go to the Z-5500. This will allow me to occasionally add a guitarist (plugs into the UB1002 also) to accompany me.
Does this sound right?
