I would suggest an inexpensive digital recorder. Or you could buy an inexpensive software recording package that allows you to record audio tracks. With the software you could burn to CD from there. If you use a digital recorder, you can buy one with or without a CD burner (however price will be more with CD burner). There are several nice ones out there that record to Smart Media or Flash cards. There are several ways to get it to your computer for CD burning after that.
