Hi Dave, the most important improvement is the USB-Storage Mode.
If you switch the TYROS on while pressing the [MUSIC FINDER] button, in your Windows System the TYROS-HD will be mounted as a new local device. That allows much faster file transmission between Computer and TYROS.
