I like Crunch too.

I find that sometimes, especially for chord work, doing the entire chord using the "heavier" guitar voices just sounds discordant. What I do then is just do maybe 1 or 2 notes of the chord with the "heavy" voice and do the rest of the chord with a "normal" voice. Stills sounds "heavy" but more harmonious.

I also sometimes use the "Harmonic Content" and "Brightness" controllers to tame the voice a bit.
