Tom, are you kidding me? I'm a huge crawdad fan, and love scarving them down whenever I'm down in Louisiana. Hey, I might even be able to give Cajun crawdaddy eating king, Boo Hargis, some competition, in a crawfish eating contest. Afterall, we Chinese are reputed to eat just about everything
from a pig, except its' squeal.
