Although the Tyros2 has a keyboard action to die for, I have no problem adapting to the lighter touch. I don't miss the aftertouch...a lot of the sounds have built in delayed vibrato and I found the velocity response on the 3k to be superb and it should be the same on the S900. The T2 is not for everyone, although it is Yamaha's best arranger IMO, and the S900's much lower price, and light weight will be perfect for a cheap and lazy guy like me.
