Hi Charles,
I have a hard drive fitted and use this to record from Busker which is the only method I have tried or used,I would imagine as long as your sound card is shown in the midi out settings on Busker and set to the right channel you should be able to record your work,however I dont thing you will have the Tyros2 voices in the end recording.
