(I couldn't find a solution for this problem so I am asking you guys for help.

Many different MSP's include .wav files with same names.
For example;
MSP - CLARINET can be composed of
B1.wav, A2.wav, ...G4.wav

but also,
MSP - SAX could be composed of
C1.wav, A2.wav, ...D3.wav

As you can see there is an overlap with A2.wav.)

As Mosiqaar said when you finish let's say the Sax MSP, save it on floppy and load it into your PC and rename every one to something logical like Saxc1.wav_SaxA2.wav and so on,this way your wav files will allways be neat because you will know what wav belongs to what MSP.
