Hi Babilon,

If you followed the instruction manual and it doesn't work then it might be a defective drive (I installed and swapped several harddrives in 2 PSR-9000 and 1 9000 Pro and they all worked fine). Make sure the pins are aligned correctly. If this doesn't work then try to fit the harddrive in a laptop. If it doesn't work in the laptop it's time to contact the person selling the (defective) drive to you.
