The wave sync technology will not be on the XD-series since the capability to do this exists within the SAMPLER (SD1).

The only differences b/w XD9 and Vega are:

XD : VEGA

Std styles : Std styles + oriental
Std sounds : Std sounds + oriental
Mode & Pitch wheel: Joystick
N/A : Arabic 1/4 tone scales

Slight difference in layout for arabic functions on VEGA

Both will be able to load new FLASH sounds (via internal FLASH cards for customization in the feature).
