too funny! I DID actually play there ONCE - hurricane jeanne was on her way, and my partner was DRUNK as usual . . . all the patrons headed for cover, and we had to roll my partner and her hubby into the back of a truck and drive them home . . . lovely, eh? This is why I am now solo . . .
I will be putting a demo disk together for them soon -
my husband and I went there on saturday night - AWFUL live music was playing - a 5 piece band of guys, all guitarists and one drummer - they cleared the place out too - i didn't feel so bad!!! Last time we went there ,about two weeks ago, the 3 piece band was actually singing to CD's - yes, you heard me, CD:S - it was a little scary, but they did have a few folks dancing at least . . BTW, we can actually walk to Mike's from our house!
