HC lists no reference to GC on their about page.

It wouldn't surprise me if they owned a majority interest in Sweetwater since GC is doing its best to buy every music store they can across the country. GC is the Wal Mart of Music and their buying power and marketing strategy are unmatched by any other retailer.
